Co-operation First Mortgage Lend
The entrusted loan is an extension of the first mortgage loan business of Newland Property Fund, which is mainly suitable for investors with short-term idle funds. Entrusted by the investor (lender), Newland Capital will find a borrower who has a demand for home loans and lend the funds to the borrower one-to-one in the form of a first mortgage. Newland Capital will charge the borrower a 2% handling fee. This project will strictly abide by the relevant laws and regulations of New Zealand, and each borrower will be well assessed.
