The Property development team of Newland Capital has more than 16 years of experience in real estate development in New Zealand and is a senior member of the New Zealand Master Builders Association.
The investment principle of Newland Capital is to diversify the development projects, the total investment of each project shall not exceed 5 million New Zealand dollars, and the project cycle shall not exceed three years, to avoid market risks, and provide investors with the highest expected return under the risk control system.
Newland Property Development Fund
The Newland Property Development Fund operates as a capital pool. Investors directly invest in the capital pool. As the owner, Newland Property Development Fund completes the project evaluation, land purchase, design approval, construction, product sales, and capital return through the direct development of multiple projects. The minimum investment period for investors to invest in two years. At the end of the investment period, the capital and profit will be withdrawn in the form of fund shares multiply by fund unit price. The fund is managed by an independent third-party fund custodian, and an independent fund valuer conducts accounting.
GPLP (Grant & Partners) and LP(Limited Partnership)
Newland Capital can act as a GP(Grant & Partners) and LP(Limited Partnership) to develop cooperatively in the form of GPLP. Newland Capital will be responsible for a series of services such as pre-planning, design approval, development and construction, rental management, or product sales for the entire project.
Equity Investment Cooperative Development
Under certain conditions, Newland Capital can participate in the cooperative development project under the equity investment structure, with Newland Capital being the actual controller of the project (Newland Capital and its related parties hold 51% of the shares of the whole project), or being assigned the operational power by the main shareholder.
