The framework construction is progressing smoothly. Lots 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6 have completed the first and second-floor framework construction as well as the trusses framework construction.

After completing the first-floor framework construction of Lot 3, some issues were discovered, and we are coordinating with the supplier to modify the plan. The amendment plan has been submitted to the Council for approval.
2. Weldene Ave, Glenfield Project
Project Progress：
- The technical review of 224C has been completed, and it has been submitted to the Subdivision Team of the Council to complete the paperwork.
- The Code Compliance Certificate (CCC) has been received.
