After the EPA modification Approval, Works Over Approval has been approved by Watercare and submitted to the Council’s BC approval Team. This is the last necessary document for BC’s approval. It is expected that BC will complete the approval soon.

Applications have been submitted for EPA, Works Over Approval, and Building Consent.

All the facades have been completed and the scaffolding removed.
The wiring installation of the indoor water and electrical network has been completed, and insulation
cotton has been installed.
The Pre-line Building inspection of Lot1-4 has all passed.
The frames of Lot5-6 are rained during construction and need to be dried. The work will begin on August 1.
