Lot 1 & 2 Footing reinforcement has been completed and has been designated as foundation inspection exemption by City Council Building Inspector, the Footing and Block behind are no longer required to be inspected;
Lot 5 & 6 Complete backfill and Underslab Plumbing for sewage and stormwater buried under foundation.
2. Weldene Ave, Glenfield. Project
Project Progress:
The review of S223 & S224C has been completed. The Invoice is received today, and the Council can Sign off the 223&224C after receiving the payment.
The application of CCC has been submitted to the City Council, and we have received the Council’s request to submit supplementary materials. The sign-off file of S223 & 224C needs to be submitted to the review department of CCC.
