Director of the independent third-party custodian of funds under Newland Capital Management Ltd. As the Director of Rockburgh Trustee (No 12) Limited,  Randolph is a seasoned industry expert.

 He has more than 30 years of industry experience in financial services, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, institutional restructuring and international taxation. He has worked in Ernst & Young London and Ernst & Young Sydney, and was a senior partner of Ernst & Young.  Clients include ANZ, Westpac, Bank of New Zealand, Vero Insurance, IAG Insurance, Citibank, Goldman Sachs Investments, Abacus Properties Group, Time Warner, Universal Pictures, Sony Entertainment and ExxonMobil.

Randolph is a Chartered Accountant and a member of CPA Australia and New Zealand.  Holds a First Class Honours Degree in Business and Administration from the University of Victoria.
