Jack immigrated to New Zealand in January 2003, entered the construction industry in 2006, obtained the construction project management license (LBP Number BP 125340) issued by the New Zealand government in 2013, and became a member of the New Zealand Master Builder Association (MB ID Number 11687).

 With years of experience in the construction industry and real estate development career, Jack Dong has presided over more than 20 development projects.  After experiencing multiple industry cycles of real estate ebb, growth, peak, recession, and recovery, he has acquired rich industry experience such as inspecting projects, managing projects, and maximizing project returns.  Representative projects include Moki View 8 units three storey high-end sea view townhouses (2-16 Moki Place, Long Bay), 56 Remuremu Street, 23 Tawatawa Street and other landmark projects.

He is the Founding President of Wuhan University New Zealand Alumni Association, Founding Vice President of Wuhan University Alumni Entrepreneurs Association Australia-New Zealand Branch.

Jack Dong graduated from the School of Economics and Management of Wuhan University with a bachelor’s degree in economics.
