Introduction
- As a GPLP cooperation project, Newland Capital provides investors with the most potential investment projects; Make the Limited Partner (LP) have better investment opportunities and make better use of funds to obtain higher returns;
- Auckland’s residential area continues to develop to the west and the northwest. As West Harbour located between the two major business districts of Hobsonville and Westgate, house prices are expected to rise dramatically;
- Costco, the World second largest chain retailer, is about to open in the Westgate business centre, which is expected to significantly encourage the increment of housing prices in the area, the return on the project investment will increase significantly;
- The project covers a total area of 916 sqm, with 6 sets of double-story single-stand houses and townhouses. Daily shopping for buyers/residents will be found very continent as located miles to the Westgate Business Centre and Northwest Shopping Centre. With Moire Park, only a few hundred meters away from the sea, you can enjoy the green and sea breeze at any time. The project is very close to Highway 18, making the most convenient daily travel.

- EPA and Resource Consent granted;
- Applying Building Consent;
- Project will be started soon in 2022, and delivered at the end of 2023.
